Veterans · transitioning service members · military families

Let's plan your move into civilian work, together.

I served as an Air Force intelligence analyst, then made my own move into defense consulting and later into talent and leadership work at large companies. I learned a lot of that transition the hard way. Now I help veterans put words to what they did, find work that fits, and settle in once they land.

The questions veterans bring to the first session

A veteran in uniform waving hello on a video call at his desk
How do I explain what I did to someone who has never served?
Which jobs fit what I'm good at, and what I want now?
What should I ask for in pay, and how do I ask?
Why does this workplace feel so different, and how do I find my footing?

Why I do this

I've been on your side of the table.

As a veteran and former transitioning service member, I know how hard it is to prepare for separation and a career out of the military. People helped me along the way, one conversation at a time. This is my way of passing that on.
