Leadership team facilitation and offsites in Minnesota

The meeting where your team decides what happens next.

Nucleo Coaching designs and runs facilitated sessions for leadership teams, schools and organizations, from 2-hour working sessions to full-day offsites and session series. Offsites, retreats, planning days and team resets. We plan the session with you, run it so the quiet voices and the loud ones both count, and follow up so the plan keeps moving once everyone is back at their desks.

Every session includes

From first call to follow-up

  • Planning calls with you and a few participants
  • An agenda built around your decisions
  • Hands-on methods that get everyone talking

Questions about facilitation

Can you run a session for a group over 50?

Yes. We design larger sessions around table work and bring in people from our team when the room calls for it.

How far ahead should we book?

Most sessions can be planned within a few weeks of the first call.

Do participants need to prepare?

Only if it helps the day. When there is pre-work, it is short and tied to a decision you need to make.

Is LEGO® building a gimmick?

It gives every person a way in. People build an answer before they talk, so the quiet voices show up and the conversation gets specific fast.
